- Prices are higher when many guests overlap, especially around the start and end of the month. Mid-month check-outs, around the second or third week, help.

- Longer stays generally cost less per period. Extending a short stay can raise the price.
- Move-in date
- Booking closer to the date a home becomes available gives a better price. Move-in within 15 days of availability is allowed.
- Payment method
- Paying in advance saves money. Bank transfer is recommended, and credit card payments carry a fee.
